Students are advised to make payment decisions carefully and only after fully understanding the relevant policies and program requirements.

3. Student Responsibility Before Enrollment

Students are solely responsible for reviewing:

Eligibility requirements;
Fee structures;
Course duration;

Assessment requirements; and
Applicable institutional policies.

Enrollment and payment made by a student shall constitute confirmation that the student has independently reviewed and accepted all relevant information.

Failure to read institutional policies shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Recorded Programs Refund Terms

Fees paid for recorded or self-paced programs are strictly non-refundable.

Once enrollment is activated and access to learning materials is provided, the student shall not be entitled to any refund regardless of:

5. Live Programs Refund Terms

Fees paid for live classes, instructor-led sessions, module-based programs, semester-based programs, or monthly learning plans are non-refundable.

Failure to attend classes, discontinuation of studies, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons shall not create any entitlement to a refund.

Students are responsible for managing their attendance and academic commitments.

6. Admission Fees Policy

All admission fees paid to Learnatic Academy are strictly non-refundable.

Admission fees cover administrative processing, account activation, verification procedures, and enrollment services.

Once paid, such fees shall not be returned under any circumstances.

7. Scholarship Registration Fee Policy

Scholarship examination registration fees are non-refundable.

The registration fee covers administrative expenses, examination arrangements, and system operations associated with scholarship assessments.

Failure to appear in the examination, disqualification, or failure to secure a scholarship shall not entitle a student to any refund.

8. Examination Fees Policy

Any fees associated with:

Re-attempt examinations;
Additional assessments;
Special examinations; or
Examination-related services

shall be non-refundable.

Examination fees remain payable regardless of examination outcomes, disqualification, or student withdrawal.

9. Certification and Diploma Fees Policy

Fees paid for:

Certificate issuance;
Diploma issuance;
Transcripts;
Letter of Completion;
Hard copy documents;
International Recognized Certificates;
Courier and delivery services; and
Verification services

are strictly non-refundable.

Once processing has commenced, no refund requests shall be entertained.

10. Enrollment Cancellation by Student

If a student voluntarily withdraws, abandons, or discontinues a program after enrollment, no refund shall be granted.

This policy applies regardless of:

Personal reasons;
Financial difficulties;
Academic challenges;
Relocation;
Employment commitments; or
Any other circumstances beyond the Academy’s control.

11. Enrollment Termination by the Academy

Where a student’s enrollment is suspended or terminated due to:

Academic misconduct;
Examination cheating;
Account sharing;
Repeated policy violations;
Non-payment of fees; or
Misbehavior towards staff or instructors,

all previously paid fees shall remain forfeited and non-refundable.

Termination of enrollment shall not create any financial liability upon Learnatic Academy.

12. Inactive Students Policy

Students who become inactive, fail to participate in learning activities, ignore institutional communications, or fail to complete required academic work shall not become eligible for refunds.

Non-participation does not relieve students of their financial obligations.

Students are responsible for maintaining active engagement throughout their programs.

13. Payment Gateway and Banking Charges

Learnatic Academy utilizes secure payment systems and financial channels.

Any charges imposed by:

Banks;
Payment gateways;
Financial institutions;
Currency conversion services; or
Third-party transaction providers

shall remain the responsibility of the student.

Such charges are non-refundable and are not controlled by Learnatic Academy.

14. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and extraordinary situations, Learnatic Academy may, at its sole discretion, review individual cases.

However, submission of a request does not create any obligation upon the Academy to approve a refund.

Any decision regarding exceptional cases shall be final, binding, and entirely at the discretion of Learnatic Academy.

15. Acceptance of Refund Policy

By creating an account, enrolling in a program, making a payment, or using any services provided by Learnatic Academy, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy.
