1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing, registering with, enrolling in, or using any service, program, course, diploma, internship opportunity, scholarship scheme, website, student portal, or learning resource provided by Learnatic Academy, all students and users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional policies, guidelines, procedures, and regulations issued by Learnatic Academy from time to time.

Continued use of Learnatic Academy’s services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If any student or user disagrees with any part of these terms, they should refrain from accessing or using the Academy’s services.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Academy’s official website or student portal.

2. About Learnatic Academy:

Learnatic Academy is an internationally recognized educational institution established on 1 March 2025 with the mission of providing accessible, career-oriented, and globally competitive education through modern digital learning systems.

Learnatic Academy is a UK and Singapore Accredited Academy and is an Approved CPD Provider. The Academy is recognized by the following professional bodies:

  1. The CPD Group UK
  2. International CPD Standards Board UK
  3. Online CPD Accreditation Singapore

Since its establishment, Learnatic Academy has been committed to delivering high-quality education through a wide range of diploma programs, professional certifications, career development initiatives, internships, scholarships, and job-oriented training programs.

The Academy operates with a global vision and collaborates with various international Hiring and Placement Partner Companies to provide students with potential internship and employment opportunities. Learnatic Academy also maintains both Internal Internship Programs and External Internship Opportunities to support students in gaining practical industry experience.

Learnatic Academy continuously develops and expands its academic offerings and currently provides numerous career-focused and job-oriented programs designed to equip students with practical skills and professional competencies required in today’s global workforce.

3. Eligibility for Enrollment:

Eligibility requirements vary depending upon the nature, level, duration, accreditation requirements, and academic standards of each individual program offered by Learnatic Academy.

Certain diploma programs, particularly advanced and internationally recognized qualifications, may require stricter admission criteria, academic prerequisites, previous experience, or specific competency requirements. Short-term programs and introductory certifications may have comparatively flexible admission requirements.

The eligibility criteria for each program are determined and periodically reviewed by the Academic Affairs and Admissions Department in consultation with the Academy’s accreditation partners, recognition bodies, and relevant academic standards.

Students are solely responsible for ensuring that they satisfy all eligibility requirements before applying for any program. Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee admission.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to accept, reject, defer, or revoke any application if the applicant fails to meet the applicable requirements or provides inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

4. Student Registration and Account Responsibility:

Students may register for Learnatic Academy through the official website by creating an account either manually or through available third-party authentication services such as Google Sign-In.

Upon successful registration and email verification, students gain access to their Student Portal, where they can manage their academic activities, enroll in programs, access learning materials, and receive official notifications.

Students may enroll in programs either:

  1.  Directly through the official Courses Page on the Academy’s website; or
  2. Through assistance provided by the Academy’s official support channels.

Each student is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete information within their account. Students are required to provide:

  1.  Full legal name as mentioned on their official identity documents;
  2.  A valid email address;
  3.  Contact number;
  4.  Profile photograph;
  5.  Any additional required information requested by the Academy.

Linking social media accounts is optional.

Students are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials. Account sharing, credential distribution, unauthorized access, or misuse of accounts is strictly prohibited.

For security and academic integrity purposes, Learnatic Academy reserves the right to implement automated monitoring and protection systems. Multiple unauthorized logins, suspicious activities, or account sharing may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account.

Any account terminated due to violations of these Terms and Conditions shall not be eligible for refunds.

Learnatic Academy values student privacy and maintains strict data protection practices. Student information is kept secure and is never sold, rented, or commercially distributed to third parties. Student records may only be used internally by the Academy and, where necessary, shared with relevant accreditation, recognition, verification, or regulatory bodies for legitimate academic purposes.

5. Program Admission Policy:

Each program offered by Learnatic Academy has its own specific admission requirements, procedures, and policies.

For Recorded Programs, students enrolling through official support channels are required to pay an initial 20% advance fee prior to enrollment. The remaining 80% balance must be paid after enrollment in accordance with the Academy’s payment schedule.

Students purchasing recorded courses directly through the website checkout system may be required to complete full payment in advance.

For Live Programs, students are required to pay the applicable admission fee along with the fee for the first billing cycle, which may consist of:

  1.  One month;
  2.  One module; or
  3.  One semester;

depending upon the structure of the respective program.

Subsequent payments must be submitted within the first three (3) days of the new billing period. Failure to make timely payments may result in warnings, temporary suspension of access, or removal from the program until outstanding dues are cleared.

Admission into any program remains subject to verification of eligibility, fee payment requirements, and compliance with all applicable Academy policies.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to deny, suspend, defer, or revoke admission if a student violates institutional policies, fails to satisfy academic requirements, or does not fulfill financial obligations.

6. Course Enrollment and Access:

Upon successful verification of payment and completion of the enrollment process, students shall be granted access to their respective programs. In most cases, enrollment is processed within thirty (30) minutes, subject to payment verification and administrative review.

After enrollment, students may receive access to various educational resources depending upon the nature and structure of their selected program. Such resources may include, but are not limited to:

  1.  Video lectures;
  2.  Digital books and e-books;
  3.  Lecture notes and study materials;
  4.  Assignments and quizzes;
  5.  Practical exercises;
  6.  Demo projects and supplementary files;
  7.  Program-specific downloadable resources;
  8.  Access to the Academy’s Resource Library.

The Learnatic Academy Resource Library contains additional educational materials intended to support students in research, thesis preparation, project development, and independent learning. Access to specific resources may vary depending on the student’s program.

Students are prohibited from reproducing, redistributing, recording, sharing, selling, uploading, or transferring any Academy materials without prior written authorization.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove course content, learning materials, and resources whenever necessary to maintain academic quality and industry relevance.

7. Diploma Programs Policy:

All diploma programs offered by Learnatic Academy operate under individual academic policies, standards, and requirements depending upon their level, duration, accreditation framework, and intended learning outcomes.

Advanced diploma programs, including higher-level qualifications and internationally recognized diploma pathways, may contain stricter academic requirements, additional assessments, mandatory assignments, attendance obligations, and more comprehensive completion criteria.

Short-term diploma programs and introductory certifications may have comparatively flexible requirements based on their scope and duration.

Program-specific requirements, grading systems, assessment methods, and completion standards are outlined within the official description page of each individual program. Students are strongly advised to review all program requirements before enrollment.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to revise diploma requirements whenever necessary to maintain academic excellence and compliance with applicable accreditation standards.

8. Internship Program Terms:

Learnatic Academy provides both Internal Internship Programs and opportunities for External Internship Placements through its Hiring and Placement Partner Companies.

Eligibility for internship opportunities is determined through academic performance, engagement, and overall student activity. The Academy utilizes automated monitoring systems and academic evaluation mechanisms to assess student participation and progress.

To be considered eligible for internship opportunities, students are generally expected to:

  1.  Regularly attend and complete lectures;
  2.  Maintain active participation within their programs;
  3.  Submit assignments on time;
  4.  Achieve satisfactory academic performance;
  5.  Successfully complete quizzes and assessments;
  6.  Maintain a positive academic standing.

Internship eligibility is evaluated by the Academy’s Career Development and Internship Department.

Availability of internship positions depends upon the number of seats offered by either the Academy or external partner organizations.

Where internship opportunities are provided through Hiring and Placement Partner Companies, Learnatic Academy may recommend eligible students to those organizations. However, final selection decisions remain solely at the discretion of the respective company or organization. Learnatic Academy does not guarantee internship placement and shall not be held responsible for any acceptance or rejection decisions made by external entities.

In circumstances where external internship seats are limited or unavailable, eligible students may be considered for the Academy’s Internal Internship Program, which may be unpaid in nature.

Internship announcements, eligibility notifications, and application instructions are communicated through the Student Portal Announcement Section and official Academy communication channels. Students are required to submit internship applications exclusively through the Academy’s official website and designated application systems.

9. Scholarship Policy:

Learnatic Academy periodically conducts scholarship examinations to provide financial assistance to deserving students.

Students wishing to participate in scholarship programs are required to submit an application and pay the applicable scholarship registration fee. Currently, the scholarship registration fee is PKR 300 and is non-refundable.

All scholarship examinations are conducted online through the Academy’s official assessment platform. At present, Learnatic Academy does not conduct physical scholarship examinations.

Seventy-two (72) hours prior to the examination, registered candidates receive their examination details, including:

  1.  Roll Number;
  2.  Reporting Time;
  3.  Examination Instructions;
  4.  Secure Access Credentials.

Students are required to report and log into the examination platform at the specified time. Examinations are monitored through automated systems and academic integrity mechanisms designed to detect unauthorized conduct and cheating.

Any student found engaging in cheating, fraudulent activities, or examination misconduct may:

  1.  Be disqualified immediately;
  2.  Lose scholarship eligibility;
  3.  Have their examination automatically submitted;
  4.  Be permanently blacklisted from future scholarship examinations.

Scholarship examination fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

To qualify for scholarship consideration, students must:

  1.  Obtain at least 60% marks in the Scholarship Examination;
  2.  Successfully pass the interview process;
  3.  Achieve a combined aggregate score of at least 60%.

Final scholarship awards are granted strictly on merit and are subject to seat availability.

Scholarship recipients may receive waivers for tuition fees, learning resources, examination fees, and other applicable academic charges. However, Certificate Issuance Fees remain payable separately unless specifically stated otherwise.

10. Tuition Fees and Payment Terms:

Learnatic Academy maintains separate fee structures for Recorded Programs and Live Programs.

  • Recorded Programs

Students enrolling through official support channels are required to pay an initial twenty percent (20%) advance fee. The remaining eighty percent (80%) must be paid within forty-eight (48) hours after enrollment.

Failure to clear the outstanding balance within forty-eight (48) hours may result in temporary suspension of enrollment. If payment remains unpaid for seven (7) days, the enrollment may be cancelled and previously paid amounts shall remain non-refundable.

Students purchasing recorded courses directly through the website checkout system are required to complete full payment in advance.

  • Live Programs

Students enrolling in live classes are required to pay:

  1.  The applicable admission fee; and
  2.  The fee for the first month, module, or semester, depending upon the structure of the selected program.

Subsequent payments must be made within the first three (3) days of each new billing period.

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

  1.  Temporary suspension of access;
  2.  Administrative warnings;
  3.  Cancellation of enrollment after seven (7) days of non-payment.

Students whose enrollments are cancelled due to unpaid fees may be required to complete a new admission process before rejoining the program.

All payments are processed electronically through the Academy’s approved payment methods. Students are responsible for ensuring that payments are completed accurately and within the prescribed deadlines.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Learnatic Academy follows a strict No Refund Policy. All payments made to the Academy, including but not limited to tuition fees, admission fees, scholarship registration fees, examination fees, certification fees, and any other applicable charges, are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Once a student has completed payment and enrollment, no refunds, partial refunds, transfers, exchanges, or credit adjustments shall be granted.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel a student’s enrollment in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  1.  Failure to pay outstanding fees;
  2.  Repeated violations of examination rules;
  3.  Academic dishonesty or cheating;
  4.  Sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons;
  5.  Inactivity and failure to participate in the program;
  6.  Violation of Academy policies or codes of conduct;
  7.  Misuse of Academy resources or systems.

Students who violate Academy policies may receive up to three (3) formal warnings. Upon the fourth violation, Learnatic Academy reserves the right to permanently terminate the student’s enrollment and account access.

Any student whose enrollment is terminated due to policy violations shall not be entitled to any refund of previously paid fees. Re-enrollment, if permitted, shall require payment of all applicable fees again.

12. Installment Payment Terms:

Learnatic Academy may provide installment facilities to students experiencing genuine financial difficulties. Installment plans are granted solely at the discretion of the Academy and are subject to approval by the Management and Finance Department.

For Recorded Programs approved under an installment arrangement:

  1.  Twenty percent (20%) of the total fee shall be paid in advance;
  2.  Forty percent (40%) shall be paid within forty-eight (48) hours after enrollment;
  3.  The remaining forty percent (40%) shall be paid during the following month according to the agreed schedule.

Installment arrangements are currently available only for Recorded Programs.

Live Programs are already structured on monthly, module-based, or semester-based payment systems; therefore, additional installment facilities are generally not available for such programs.

Failure to comply with an approved installment schedule may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment and access to course materials.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, or withdraw installment facilities at any time.

13. Attendance and Participation Requirements:

Students are expected to maintain active participation throughout their academic journey at Learnatic Academy.

Attendance requirements apply to both Recorded Programs and Live Programs.

The Academy’s Academic Monitoring Department continuously evaluates student engagement, attendance records, assignment submissions, academic progress, and overall participation.

For Live Programs, students are generally required to maintain a minimum attendance rate of eighty percent (80%).

For Recorded Programs, students are expected to complete lectures, activities, and learning requirements within the prescribed timelines established for their respective programs.

Student activity, assignment performance, quiz results, and learning progress may be recorded and evaluated through the Academy’s internal monitoring systems.

Failure to maintain satisfactory participation, attendance, or academic engagement may affect eligibility for:

  1.  Certificates of Completion;
  2.  Diplomas;
  3.  Internships;
  4.  Scholarships;
  5.  Placement recommendations; and
  6.  Other academic benefits offered by the Academy.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to establish additional attendance requirements for specific programs where necessary.

14. Assessment, Assignments, and Examination Rules:

Students enrolled in Learnatic Academy programs are required to complete all assignments, quizzes, projects, and assessments specified within their respective programs.

Assignments are submitted through designated academic systems and are evaluated by authorized instructors and academic personnel. Marks and academic feedback are made available through the Student Portal.

Upon successful completion of a program, students may receive an academic transcript summarizing their overall performance and assessment results.

For standard program completion, students must achieve a minimum score of sixty percent (60%). Any score below sixty percent (60%) shall be considered unsuccessful.

Students seeking additional opportunities such as:

  1.  Internationally Recognized Certifications;
  2.  Hiring and Placement Recommendations;
  3.  Advanced Professional Recognition;

may be required to undertake an additional Final Examination conducted by Learnatic Academy.

The Final Examination is generally conducted on scheduled dates and may last up to three (3) hours. Examination schedules are communicated to registered students in advance.

To qualify for international recognition or placement recommendations, students are generally required to achieve at least eighty percent (80%) in the Final Examination.

One examination attempt is included without additional charges. Students requiring a reattempt due to failure or disqualification must pay the applicable re-examination fee, which is currently PKR 1,200.

Students found violating examination integrity policies may also be required to pay the re-examination fee before becoming eligible for another attempt.

Repeated incidents of examination misconduct may result in permanent academic restrictions, cancellation of examination privileges, suspension of enrollment, or requirements for complete re-admission into the program.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to modify examination procedures, assessment methods, grading systems, and pass criteria whenever required.

15. Certification and Diploma Issuance:

Upon successful completion of program requirements, Learnatic Academy provides various certification options depending upon the student’s selected package and eligibility.

  • Digital Certificate Option

The Academy’s automated system may issue a digitally generated certificate containing:

  1.  QR Code Verification;
  2.  Unique Verification ID;
  3.  Online Credential Authentication.

Students may verify their credentials through the Academy’s official credential verification system.

  • Standard Hard Copy Certificate Package

Students may request physical documents by paying the applicable issuance fee, currently PKR 3,000 for deliveries within Pakistan.

This package may include:

  1.  Certificate or Diploma;
  2.  Official Transcript;
  3.  Letter of Completion.

Documents are issued with official institutional stamps and authentication markings.

For international deliveries outside Pakistan, additional shipping charges shall apply.

  • Internationally Recognized Certificate or Diploma Package

Eligible students who satisfy the Academy’s additional academic requirements may apply for internationally recognized credentials associated with the Academy’s recognized accreditation frameworks.

This package may include:

  1.  Internationally Recognized Certificate or Diploma;
  2.  Official Academic Transcript;
  3.  Letter of Completion;
  4.  Recognition Letter;
  5.  Credential Authentication Document.

Certificates and Diplomas may bear:

  1.  Official embossed institutional seal;
  2.  Authorized signatures of the Director;
  3.  Signature of the Registrar.

Academic transcripts may contain the signatures of the Controller of Examinations or other authorized examination officials.

The current issuance fee for internationally recognized credentials is PKR 20,000, including delivery within Pakistan.

For international deliveries outside Pakistan, additional courier and shipping charges shall be payable separately.

These certification policies apply equally to both Certificates and Diplomas unless otherwise stated by Learnatic Academy.

16. Academic Integrity and Code of Conduct:

Learnatic Academy is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence, professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. All students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible, and professional manner throughout their association with the Academy.

Students are required to:

  1.  Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all academic activities;
  2.  Respect instructors, staff members, fellow students, and institutional representatives;
  3.  Follow all policies, procedures, and guidelines established by Learnatic Academy;
  4.  Maintain professional communication within classes, discussion groups, support channels, and official platforms;
  5.  Use Academy resources solely for legitimate educational purposes;
  6.  Protect the confidentiality and security of their accounts and academic records;
  7.  Uphold the reputation, values, and standards of Learnatic Academy.

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable and may constitute violations of the Academy’s Code of Conduct:

  1.  Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive behavior;
  2.  Threatening, insulting, offensive, or inappropriate language;
  3.  Disruptive conduct during classes or academic activities;
  4.  Distribution of false information or misleading claims regarding the Academy;
  5.  Unauthorized use of another student’s account or credentials;
  6.  Misuse of institutional resources, platforms, or systems;
  7.  Any conduct that may damage the reputation, operations, or academic environment of Learnatic Academy.

Students are expected to maintain professional etiquette in all interactions, including live sessions, group discussions, support communications, and social platforms associated with the Academy.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to investigate any conduct deemed inappropriate and may impose disciplinary measures, including warnings, suspension, restriction of services, or permanent termination of enrollment where necessary.

17. Anti-Cheating and Misconduct Policy:

Learnatic Academy maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward academic dishonesty, examination fraud, unethical conduct, and misconduct within its educational environment.

Cheating includes, but is not limited to:

  1.  Copying answers from unauthorized sources;
  2.  Using prohibited materials during examinations;
  3.  Submitting work that is not the student’s own;
  4.  Impersonation during assessments or examinations;
  5.  Plagiarism, falsification, or fabrication of academic work;
  6.  Attempting to manipulate or bypass examination systems;
  7.  Sharing examination content with others;
  8.  Using unauthorized assistance during assessments.

The Academy utilizes automated monitoring technologies, artificial intelligence systems, and administrative review procedures to identify irregularities and maintain examination integrity.

Students found involved in cheating or academic dishonesty may receive disciplinary actions that include:

  1.  Formal warnings;
  2.  Examination cancellation;
  3.  Re-attempt requirements;
  4.  Additional examination fees;
  5.  Temporary suspension;
  6.  Permanent academic restrictions; or
  7.  Termination of enrollment.

Generally, students may receive up to three (3) disciplinary warnings for repeated academic violations. Upon the fourth confirmed violation, Learnatic Academy reserves the right to permanently terminate the student’s account and enrollment without any refund.

Misconduct during live classes is treated with particular seriousness. Misconduct may include, but is not limited to:

  1.  Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward instructors or staff;
  2.  Use of offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language;
  3.  Disrupting live sessions;
  4.  Harassment or intimidation of other participants;
  5.  Any behavior that negatively affects the learning environment.

In severe cases of misconduct during live classes, Learnatic Academy reserves the right to immediately remove the student from the session or permanently terminate the student’s enrollment without prior warning.

Students seeking re-admission after disciplinary removal may be required to:

  1.  Submit a formal request for reconsideration;
  2.  Provide a written apology where appropriate;
  3.  Pay all applicable re-enrollment fees;
  4.  Comply with any additional conditions imposed by the Academy.

All disciplinary decisions made by Learnatic Academy shall be considered final and binding.

18. Intellectual Property Rights:

All content, materials, resources, systems, software, branding elements, designs, logos, course structures, assessments, and educational content made available by Learnatic Academy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Learnatic Academy unless otherwise stated.

Students are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Academy’s materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Students may not:

  1.  Share their Student Portal credentials with any third party;
  2.  Provide unauthorized access to their accounts;
  3.  Resell or commercially exploit Academy services;
  4.  Redistribute restricted content without authorization;
  5.  Attempt to bypass the Academy’s security systems.

For security and academic integrity purposes, account sharing is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized sharing of Student Portal access, administrator access, or account credentials may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the student’s account without refund.

Learnatic Academy reserves all rights relating to its intellectual property and educational systems.

19. Use of Learning Materials and Resources:

Learnatic Academy encourages students to utilize educational resources for learning, research, academic development, and professional growth.

Students are permitted to:

  1.  Download available notes and study materials;
  2.  Access digital books and supplementary resources;
  3.  Use learning materials for personal educational purposes;
  4.  Utilize Resource Library materials for research and academic work.

However, students are strictly prohibited from:

  1.  Downloading video lectures;
  2.  Recording lectures through screen recording software or external devices;
  3.  Capturing, reproducing, distributing, or publishing lecture content;
  4.  Sharing premium resources with unauthorized individuals;
  5.  Uploading Academy materials to third-party platforms.

The absence of a download option for certain content constitutes a technical restriction implemented by Learnatic Academy and shall not be interpreted as permission to circumvent such restrictions.

Violation of these provisions may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or permanent termination of access.

20. Online Platform Usage Policy:

Learnatic Academy provides its website, Student Portal, learning management systems, assessment systems, and digital resources to facilitate quality education and effective academic management.

Students are expected to use all online platforms responsibly, professionally, and ethically.

Users shall not:

  1.  Attempt unauthorized access to restricted systems;
  2.  Interfere with platform operations;
  3.  Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content;
  4.  Engage in fraudulent activities;
  5.  Abuse support systems or communication channels;
  6.  Use automated tools to manipulate platform functionality;
  7.  Attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to monitor system activities, implement security measures, temporarily suspend services, and restrict access whenever necessary to protect the integrity and security of its digital infrastructure.

Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical interruptions may occasionally affect platform availability, and Learnatic Academy shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

21. Privacy and Data Protection:

Learnatic Academy is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of student information.

The Academy utilizes secure systems and industry-standard security practices to safeguard personal data and maintain the integrity of student records.

Student information collected by Learnatic Academy may include academic records, contact information, enrollment details, assessment results, and related educational information necessary for institutional operations.

Learnatic Academy does not:

  1.  Sell student information;
  2.  Trade personal data;
  3.  Use student information for commercial purposes;
  4.  Share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

Student information may only be disclosed when required for legitimate academic purposes, verification procedures, regulatory compliance, or when requested by the Academy’s accreditation, recognition, or certification bodies.

Learnatic Academy takes student privacy seriously and continuously implements appropriate safeguards to protect user information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

22. Communication and Notifications:

Learnatic Academy communicates important information through official communication channels, including the Student Portal, dashboard notifications, announcements, email communications, and other authorized systems.

Students may receive notifications regarding:

  1.  Enrollment confirmations;
  2.  Enrollment suspension or cancellation;
  3.  Assignment grades and academic results;
  4.  Instructor feedback;
  5.  New announcements and updates;
  6.  Course-related activities;
  7.  Scholarship notifications;
  8.  Internship announcements;

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to determine the appropriate method of communication for official notices and institutional announcements.

23. Hiring and Placement Assistance Disclaimer:

Learnatic Academy offers a number of career-focused and job-oriented programs designed to equip students with practical knowledge, professional skills, and industry-relevant competencies.

The term “Job-Oriented Program” refers to a program specifically designed to enhance employability and prepare students for potential career opportunities. However, the designation of a program as “Job-Oriented” shall not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment, placement, internship, salary level, or career outcome.

Certain programs may include internship opportunities, placement support, interview opportunities, or recommendation services. Eligibility for such opportunities is subject to the student’s academic performance, disciplinary record, and fulfillment of all applicable requirements.

Students seeking placement recommendations or employment support must:

  1.  Successfully complete their program requirements;
  2.  Maintain a satisfactory academic record;
  3.  Demonstrate professional conduct;
  4.  Achieve at least eighty percent (80%) marks in the Academy’s Final Assessment Examination;
  5.  Meet any additional requirements established by Learnatic Academy.

Learnatic Academy may recommend eligible students to its Hiring and Placement Partner Companies. Such recommendations are provided solely as a support service and do not constitute a guarantee of employment.

Final decisions regarding:

  1.  Candidate selection;
  2.  Interview invitations;
  3.  Salary packages;
  4.  Employment conditions;
  5.  Position availability;
  6.  Hiring criteria; and
  7.  Rejection or acceptance decisions

remain exclusively under the authority of the respective employer or partner organization.

Learnatic Academy shall not be held responsible for any employment decisions made by external organizations.

24. Partner Companies and Employment Opportunities:

Learnatic Academy collaborates with various Hiring and Placement Partner Companies and organizations in order to provide students with exposure to industry opportunities and professional networks.

The existence of such partnerships does not create any obligation upon partner companies to hire, interview, shortlist, or select students referred by Learnatic Academy.

Employment opportunities offered through partner organizations are subject to:

  1.  Availability of vacancies;
  2.  Company-specific requirements;
  3.  Candidate qualifications;
  4.  Interview performance;
  5.  Market conditions; and
  6.  Internal recruitment policies of the respective organizations.

Partner organizations operate independently from Learnatic Academy. Therefore, Learnatic Academy shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, recruitment processes, compensation structures, work conditions, or contractual agreements established by such organizations.

The Academy reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, or discontinue partnerships with external organizations without prior notice.

25. Career Services and Job Support Terms:

Learnatic Academy may provide career guidance, resume support, interview preparation assistance, professional mentoring, and employment recommendation services to eligible students.

Eligibility for career support services shall generally depend upon:

  1.  Successful completion of program requirements;
  2.  Compliance with institutional policies;
  3.  Positive disciplinary standing;
  4.  Active academic participation; and
  5.  Achievement of at least eighty percent (80%) marks in the Academy’s Final Assessment Examination.

Students with repeated disciplinary violations, academic misconduct, or unsatisfactory records may become ineligible for career support and recommendation services.

Learnatic Academy may recommend qualified students to partner organizations, but such recommendations shall not guarantee:

  1.  Interview invitations;
  2.  Candidate shortlisting;
  3.  Employment offers;
  4.  Internship placements;
  5.  Salary packages; or
  6.  Career advancement opportunities.

Any communication, interview process, contractual agreement, or employment relationship established between a student and an external employer shall remain solely between those parties. Learnatic Academy shall not participate in, supervise, or assume responsibility for such arrangements.

26. Limitation of Liability:

Learnatic Academy provides educational services on a best-effort basis and strives to maintain high standards of academic quality, technology, and student support.

However, Learnatic Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or financial losses arising from:

  1.  Failure to obtain employment;
  2.  Internship rejection;
  3.  Delays caused by technical issues;
  4.  Internet connectivity problems;
  5.  Third-party service interruptions;
  6.  Decisions made by partner organizations;
  7.  Examination outcomes;
  8.  Student negligence;
  9.  Loss of business opportunities; or
  10.  Circumstances beyond the Academy’s reasonable control.

Learnatic Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its systems and reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, security upgrades, or operational requirements.

Under no circumstances shall Learnatic Academy’s liability exceed the amount of fees actually paid by the student to the Academy.

27. Suspension or Termination of Enrollment:

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a student’s enrollment whenever necessary to protect academic standards, institutional integrity, and the learning environment.

Enrollment may be suspended or terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:

  1.  Non-payment of fees;
  2.  Academic dishonesty;
  3.  Repeated examination misconduct;
  4.  Account sharing or unauthorized access;
  5.  Violation of institutional policies;
  6.  Harassment or abusive behavior;
  7.  Disruptive conduct during live sessions;
  8.  Submission of false information;
  9.  Repeated warnings and disciplinary violations; or
  10.  Any conduct considered harmful to the Academy or its community.

Students may receive warnings prior to disciplinary action where appropriate. However, Learnatic Academy reserves the right to impose immediate suspension or termination in cases involving serious misconduct.

Termination of enrollment shall not create any entitlement to refunds, compensation, or restoration of previously paid fees.

Re-admission following termination shall remain solely at the discretion of Learnatic Academy and may require payment of applicable admission and tuition fees.

28. Changes to Programs, Fees, or Policies:

Learnatic Academy continuously strives to improve its academic standards, operational procedures, and student services. Accordingly, the Academy reserves the right to modify, update, revise, suspend, or discontinue any program, course structure, fee schedule, academic requirement, policy, service, or institutional procedure whenever deemed necessary.

Such changes may include, but are not limited to:

  1.  Program structures and curriculum updates;
  2.  Tuition fees and administrative charges;
  3.  Examination procedures and grading criteria;
  4.  Internship and scholarship requirements;
  5.  Certification and diploma issuance procedures;
  6.  Student policies and academic regulations;
  7.  Technology platforms and support services.

Whenever reasonably possible, Learnatic Academy shall communicate significant changes through official communication channels, including the Student Portal, announcements, emails, or other authorized platforms.

Continued use of Learnatic Academy’s services following the publication of revised policies shall constitute acceptance of such changes.

29. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without prejudice to the Academy’s international operations, recognitions, and accreditation arrangements.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through discussion and internal review procedures.

Students are encouraged to submit complaints, concerns, or appeals through the Academy’s official communication channels before pursuing any external remedies.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

Nothing contained herein shall affect the Academy’s rights to enforce its policies, protect its intellectual property, or safeguard its institutional interests in accordance with applicable laws.

Students residing outside Pakistan are responsible for:

These recognitions and approvals support the Academy’s commitment to delivering professional development and career-oriented educational programs.

Recognition, accreditation, approval, or partnership with external organizations shall not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment, immigration benefits, government licensing, university equivalency, or automatic acceptance by third-party institutions.

34. Scholarship Eligibility and Revocation Terms:

Scholarships awarded by Learnatic Academy are granted to deserving and active students and remain subject to continuous academic participation and compliance with institutional policies.

Scholarship recipients are required to:

  1.  Attend and complete their learning activities regularly;
  2.  Maintain satisfactory academic performance;
  3.  Respond to official notices and communications issued by the Academy;
  4.  Follow all academic regulations and policies.

Learnatic Academy utilizes automated monitoring systems to evaluate student participation, activity, attendance, and academic engagement.

Students who repeatedly fail to participate in classes, ignore official notices, remain inactive, or violate institutional policies may become subject to scholarship revocation.

Generally, up to three (3) warnings may be issued to students prior to revocation. However, Learnatic Academy reserves the right to revoke scholarships immediately in cases involving serious negligence, prolonged inactivity, or misconduct.

Scholarship revocation may occur automatically through the Academy’s monitoring systems without requiring additional agreements or obligations.

Once revoked, scholarship benefits may be withdrawn and the student may become responsible for paying applicable program fees according to the Academy’s prevailing fee structure.

35. Internship Completion Requirements:

Students participating in internship programs are required to fulfill all responsibilities, assignments, projects, and requirements established by the respective internship program.

For Internal Internship Programs conducted by Learnatic Academy:

  1.  Internship opportunities are generally unpaid in nature;
  2.  Students must complete assigned tasks and responsibilities;
  3.  Performance may be evaluated by supervising personnel;
  4.  Successful completion is required for the issuance of internship documentation.

Students who successfully complete their internship requirements may receive:

  1.  Certificate of Completion;
  2.  Internship Completion Letter;
  3.  Experience Letter (where applicable).

Students who fail to complete their assigned responsibilities, abandon their internship, or violate internship policies may become ineligible for internship certificates, experience letters, or other completion documents.

For External Internship Programs, requirements, evaluation criteria, and completion standards may vary depending upon the respective organization or employer.

36. Placement Partner Collaboration Disclaimer:

Learnatic Academy collaborates with various Hiring and Placement Partner Companies to provide students with potential career exposure and professional opportunities.

These collaborations are intended to support students and facilitate professional networking; however, such partnerships do not establish any employment obligations upon partner organizations.

Learnatic Academy’s role is limited to recommending eligible students and facilitating communication where appropriate.

Partner organizations retain sole authority regarding:

Learnatic Academy shall not be responsible for any decisions, actions, contractual arrangements, or outcomes arising from interactions between students and external partner organizations.

37. No Guaranteed Employment Clause:

Learnatic Academy does not guarantee employment, internships, job placements, salary levels, promotions, visa approvals, immigration benefits, or career outcomes.

Educational programs offered by Learnatic Academy are designed to enhance knowledge, develop practical skills, and improve employability. However, employment opportunities depend upon numerous factors beyond the Academy’s control, including:

  1.  Student performance;
  2.  Professional skills and competencies;
  3.  Final Assessment Examination results;
  4.  Interview performance;
  5.  Employer requirements;
  6.  Market conditions;
  7.  Geographic location; and
  8.  Industry demand.

Students seeking placement recommendations must achieve at least eighty percent (80%) marks in the Academy’s Final Assessment Examination and maintain a satisfactory academic and disciplinary record.

Even where recommendations are provided, Learnatic Academy only recommends eligible students and does not guarantee:

  1.  Shortlisting;
  2.  Interviews;
  3.  Selection;
  4.  Hiring decisions; or
  5.  Employment offers.

All hiring decisions remain exclusively under the authority of the respective employer or organization.

By enrolling in Learnatic Academy, students acknowledge and agree that participation in any program does not constitute a promise, assurance, or guarantee of employment or internship opportunities.

38. Alumni Benefits and Community Access:

Upon successful completion of their programs, students may become part of the Learnatic Academy Alumni Community.

Learnatic Academy may, at its sole discretion, provide alumni members with access to selected benefits, opportunities, and community initiatives, which may include:

  1.  Alumni networking opportunities;
  2.  Professional community access;
  3.  Career-related announcements;
  4.  Internship and employment updates;
  5.  Exclusive educational resources;
  6.  Webinars, workshops, and special events;
  7.  Alumni success stories and recognition programs;
  8.  Testimonials and featured student achievements.

Former students may voluntarily provide testimonials, reviews, feedback, or success stories regarding their educational experience at Learnatic Academy. By submitting such content, students grant Learnatic Academy permission to publish, display, or use such testimonials for educational, promotional, and institutional purposes unless otherwise requested by the student.

Participation in alumni activities and access to alumni benefits shall remain subject to the Academy’s policies and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Learnatic Academy reserves the right to determine eligibility for alumni services and community participation.

39. Force Majeure:

Learnatic Academy shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure in the performance of its obligations where such events arise from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Academy.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  1.   Natural disasters;
  2.   Floods, earthquakes, or severe weather conditions;
  3.   Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies;
  4.  Government actions, regulations, or restrictions;
  5.  War, civil unrest, or political disturbances;
  6.  Internet outages and telecommunication failures;
  7.  Cyberattacks or security incidents;
  8.  Power failures or technical disruptions;
  9.  Third-party service interruptions; and
  10.  Any other unforeseen events beyond the Academy’s reasonable control.

During such circumstances, Learnatic Academy reserves the right to temporarily suspend, postpone, reschedule, or modify its services, programs, examinations, or operations as necessary.

Students acknowledge that such extraordinary events may affect normal academic operations and agree that Learnatic Academy shall not be responsible for losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from such events.

40. Entire Agreement and Severability:

These Terms and Conditions, together with all associated policies, procedures, guidelines, and official notices issued by Learnatic Academy, constitute the complete and entire agreement between Learnatic Academy and its students, users, applicants, and stakeholders.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior communications, understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the use of Learnatic Academy’s services.

If any provision, clause, or part of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or applicable law to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or void, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Any invalid provision shall be interpreted, modified, or replaced to the extent necessary to preserve the original intent of these Terms and Conditions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Failure by Learnatic Academy to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its rights and shall not prevent the Academy from enforcing such provisions in the future.

These Terms and Conditions shall remain legally binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
