  • Course enrollment details

Learnatic Academy does not sell, rent, trade, or commercially exploit student data.

All user information, enrollment records, & profile details remain confidential & are:

  • Stored securely within our LMS & website infrastructure

  • Used only for internal academic, operational, & verification processes

  • Never shared with third parties without legal obligation

Students acknowledge that digital platforms inherently carry technical risks; however, Learnatic Academy takes reasonable measures to protect user data.

6. Enrollment & Course Access:

Course enrollment grants the student limited, non-transferable access to course content for the duration specified.

Access may be:

  • Time limited

  • Content restricted

  • Revoked in case of policy violations

Sharing login credentials, course materials, or digital assets with others is strictly prohibited.

7. Certificates & Verification:

Learnatic Academy awards institutional certificates upon successful completion of courses, subject to course-specific requirements.

Important clarifications:

  • Certificates are issued solely under Learnatic Academy

  • They are not government issued or officially accredited

  • Each certificate contains a unique serial number

  • Certificate verification portal is available via the official Learnatic Academy website

  • Entering the serial number on the verification page displays certificate details

  • Any attempt to alter, misuse, duplicate, or falsely represent certificates will result in immediate account termination

8. Intellectual Property Rights:

All content available on the Learnatic Academy platform, including but not limited to:

  • Course videos

  • Written materials

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Website design

  • Digital resources

is the intellectual property of Learnatic Academy & protected under applicable copyright principles.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

9. Code of Conduct:

Users agree to:
